Okay, so 94 out of 100 isn’t great…but it’s a start!

Lauryn Hill has made her way back onto Billboard Charts for the first time in 10 years with her song Repercussions, which leaked online last month.

It’s a bit of a mysterious track, as it is unclear at this time if it’s a future release, or a previously unreleased track, but either way, it’s getting attention.

The last time Hill saw herself on Billboard Charts was in 1999 with her song Turn Your Lights Down Low, which hit #49 on the list.

Looks like she’s ready to start performing again. Hill recently performed at a New Zealand music festival in January, and she’s slated to perform at the “Rock the Bells” concert in L.A. this weekend.

Uh, oh!

Jennifer Aniston used to word “retard” during an interview on Live with Regis and Kelly and advocates for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities are up in arms!

And rightfully so!

Regis Philbin was commenting on her Barbra Streisand inspired photo shoot for Harper’s Bazaar saying, “You’re playing dress up!” Jen’s response?

“Yes, I play dress up! I do it for a living, like a retard!”

WTF? Talk about a face-palm moment!

Kirsten Seckler, a spokeswoman for the Special Olympics says:

“Sadly, people use the word pervasively even if they don’t realize it. People with intellectual disabilities have fought their whole lives for understanding and recognition. When people continue to use the R word, it’s hurtful.

“Think before you speak especially when you’re making fun of yourself or others. We have a very passionate group of people advocating for change in their communities and schools to change the use of this word.”

She better get her PR people on this, stat!

Not cool, Disney Co. Not cool!

A young Muslim woman has filed a discrimination complaint against a Disneyland restaurant, saying that she was not permitted to wear her head scarf in front of customers while working as a hostess.

Imane Boudlal says that the scarf was in observance of Ramadan, yet her superiors insisted she not wear it.

A Disneyland spokeswoman explained that Disney has a policy not to discriminate and that the staff offered Boudlal a chance to wear the head scarf while working away from customers until a compromise was reached.

Here’s a compromise: you let her wear the scarf and she won’t take you for millions of dollars. Problem solved!

A while back, we got word that our favorite star of Avatar was in negotiations for a Dracula movie.

It has been confirmed that Sam Worthington will take on the title role in Dracula: Year Zero, which is scheduled to start shooting in June 2011.

Worthington will play Prince Vlad of Transylvania, who Bram Stoker supposedly based his Dracula character on.

Our buddy from Avatar is quite the hot commodity right now! Aside from this Dracula movie, he’s also attached to a bunch of other projects, including the unnecessary Clash of the Titans 2 and Avatar 2.

Bandanas don’t pay for themselves you know! (We kid, we kid!)

About two weeks ago, some of you in Syracuse, NY were hoping to see Brett Michaels perform in concert. Then, you turned on your TV and saw Bret all the way across the country, performing on America’s Got Talent. If you were a ticket holder, you were pissed because you got no refund for the concert and Bret clearly was snubbing you!

Well, hold on, because such is not the case. Bret didn’t perform that night on AGT. He pre-recorded the segment so he could play the show in Syracuse. Imagine his surprise when he arrived at the venue and there was no stage, no lights, no fans, no nothing! No one had told him that the show was canceled either!

And now Bret is pissed!

He is having his reps sue the promoters for $5 million for breaching their contract and defaming him by saying it was he that canceled the show to be on AGT! Plus, he says he was never paid his usual 10% deposit nor a second 40% deposit and yet he still showed up at the venue.

Rude!

Well she did it!

Lisa Marie Presley purchased an £8 million stately home near Tunbridge Well, Kent in England!

She and her fourth husband Michael Lockwood arrived this week with their twin girls Harper and Finley. The mansion is set on 90 acres with 11 bedrooms, an indoor pool and sauna and a movie theater.

She made the decision after saying that El Lay had “gotten dramatically worse in the last five or six years, even more shallow if that’s even possible.”

Well we’re sure Tunbridge Wells will bring about quite a change!

Ah, sibling rivalry. Every family has it; the Roberts family tree is just more out in the open.

It’s no secret that Julia Roberts shares some bad blood with her brother Eric, but according to him, any feud that was once between them is long since over. He’s told sources that since the birth of her twins, the two have reconnected. He explained:

“There was never really a feud. We’re brother and sister and we both have really strong opinions about things, so it’s a lot of ‘fuck you,’ ‘no, fuck you’ and hanging up the phone. But it got so blown out of proportion. We stopped talking and then with the birth of the twins we started talking again. Now we talk almost every day. I like her.”

What’s not to like?! Sure, we imagine she’s a bit full of herself, being Julia Roberts and all, but whatever! Family is family!
